Buildliner is a commercial and residential property development company, founded in 2020, in response to the resource and workforce shortage which manifested throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. Buildliner uses innovative 3D Printing and propriety concrete composite to construct Smart Technology Properties, that are run on Solar and Alternative Energy. Buildliner’s mission is to cut down the natural resources, labor force, and time needed to build custom state of the art properties in order to create a more energy and cost efficient build. Buildliner’s executive team is composed of an international team of engineers with a combined 100+ years in the construction and property development field. The executive team has built projects for both federal, state, city and private sectors and prides itself on unique architectural designs and innovative technological solutions to daily living. Past projects of the team include Great Wolf Lodge: America’s first fully-indoor waterpark, Milad Tower: the tallest Tower in Iran and the sixth tallest telecommunication tower in the world, Tandis Shopping Mall, and over 500 Single Family Homes.
